Imam Yahya ibn Sharaf an-Nawawi
لَوْ يُعْطَى النَّاسُ بِدَعْوَاهُمْ لاَدَّعَى نَاسٌ دِمَاءَ رِجَالٍ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ
Law yu'tan-naasu bida'waahum ladda'aa naasun dimaa'a rijalin wa amwaalahum
English
If people were given what they claimed, some would claim the blood and wealth of others.

Agar logon ko unke daawe par de diya jaaye toh kuch log doosron ka khoon aur maal daawa kar dein.
