Imam Yahya ibn Sharaf an-Nawawi
الإِسْلاَمُ أَنْ تَشْهَدَ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، وَتُقِيمَ الصَّلاَةَ، وَتُؤْتِيَ الزَّكَاةَ، وَتَصُومَ رَمَضَانَ، وَتَحُجَّ الْبَيْتَ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلاً
Al-Islaamu an tashhada an laa ilaaha illallaahu wa anna Muhammadan Rasoolullaah, wa tuqeemas-salaah, wa tu'tiyaz-zakaah, wa tasooma Ramadaan, wa tahujjal-bayta in istata'ta ilayhi sabeelaa
English
Islam is to testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to establish prayer, to pay Zakat, to fast Ramadan, and to perform Hajj if you are able.

Islam yeh hai ke gawahi do ke Allah ke siwa koi ilaah nahin aur Muhammad uske rasool hain, namaz qaim karo, zakat do, Ramadan ke roze rakho, aur hajj karo agar taaqat ho.
