Imam Yahya ibn Sharaf an-Nawawi
بُنِيَ الإِسْلاَمُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ: شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلاَةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ، وَصَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ
Buniyal-Islaamu 'alaa khamsin: Shahaadati an laa ilaaha illallaahu wa anna Muhammadan Rasoolullaah, wa iqaamis-salaah, wa eetaa'iz-zakaah, wa Hajjil-bayt, wa sawmi Ramadaan
English
Islam is built upon five pillars: testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger, establishing prayer, paying Zakat, performing Hajj, and fasting Ramadan.

Islam paanch bunyaadon par qaim hai: Gawahi dena ke Allah ke siwa koi ilaah nahin aur Muhammad uske rasool hain, namaz qaim karna, zakat dena, hajj karna, aur Ramadan ke roze rakhna.
