Imam Yahya ibn Sharaf an-Nawawi
مَا نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْهُ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ، وَمَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِهِ فَأْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
Maa nahaytukum 'anhu fajtaniboohu, wa maa amartukum bihi fa'too minhu mas-tata'tum
English
Whatever I have forbidden you, avoid it. Whatever I have commanded you, do as much of it as you can.

Jis cheez se maine mana kiya, us se bacho. Jis cheez ka hukm diya, jitna ho sake karo.
اردو
جو شخص کسی مسلمان کی پردہ پوشی کرے، اللہ قیامت کے دن اس کی پردہ پوشی کرے گا۔
