Imam Muhammad at-Tirmidhi
إِذَا جَاءَكُمْ مَنْ تَرْضَوْنَ دِينَهُ وَخُلُقَهُ فَزَوِّجُوهُ
Idhaa jaa'akum man tardawna deenahuu wa khuluqahu fazawwijoohu
English
If someone whose religion and character you are pleased with comes to you, then give him in marriage.

Jab tumhare paas koi aaye jis ke deen aur akhlaq se tum khush ho, toh usse nikaah karo.
