Imam Ibn Majah al-Qazwini
ابْدَأْ بِنَفْسِكَ فَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَيْهَا، فَإِنْ فَضَلَ شَيْءٌ فَلأَهْلِكَ
Ibda' binafsika fatasaddaq 'alayhaa, fa in fadala shay'un fali-ahlik

Start with yourself and give charity to it. If anything is left over, give it to your family.

Pehle apne aap se shuru karo aur apne aap par sadqa karo. Agar kuch bacha toh apne ghar waalon par.
