Imam Ibn Majah al-Qazwini
لاَ يَشْكُرُ اللَّهَ مَنْ لاَ يَشْكُرُ النَّاسَ
Laa yashkurullaaha man laa yashkurun-naas
English
Whoever does not thank people does not thank Allah.
