Imam Muhammad al-Bukhari
لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ، إِنَّمَا الشَّدِيدُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ
Laysa ash-shadeeda bis-sur'ah, innamaash-shadeedulladhee yamliku nafsahu 'indal-ghadab
English
The strong man is not the one who wrestles others down. The strong man is the one who controls himself when angry.

Pehlwaan woh nahin jo doosron ko paatak de. Pehlwaan woh hai jo gusse mein apne aap ko qaaboo mein rakhe.
