Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj
إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْحَسَدَ، فَإِنَّ الْحَسَدَ يَأْكُلُ الْحَسَنَاتِ كَمَا تَأْكُلُ النَّارُ الْحَطَبَ
Iyyaakum wal-hasad, fa innal-hasada ya'kulul-hasanaati kamaa ta'kulun-naarul-hatab
English
Beware of envy, for envy devours good deeds just as fire devours wood.

Hasad se bacho, kyunke hasad nekiyon ko kha jaata hai jaise aag lakdi ko kha jaati hai.

حسد سے بچو، کیونکہ حسد نیکیوں کو کھا جاتا ہے جیسے آگ لکڑی کو کھا جاتی ہے۔
