أَكْمَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِيمَانًا أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا
Akmalu al-mu'mineena eemaanan ahsanuhum khuluqaa

The most complete of the believers in faith are those with the best character.
