Imam Abu Dawud al-Sijistani
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ
Allahumma innee a'oodhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal
English
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness.

Ae Allah! Main teri panah maangta hoon fikr aur gham se, aur aajzi aur sust se.
