الْجَنَّةُ تَحْتَ أَقْدَامِ الأُمَّهَاتِ
Al-jannatu tahta aqdaamil-ummahaat
Paradise lies beneath the feet of mothers.
Jannat maaon ke qadmon ke neeche hai.
جنت ماؤں کے قدموں کے نیچے ہے۔
أَلاَ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِأَكْبَرِ الْكَبَائِرِ؟ الإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ، وَشَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ
Alaa unabbi'ukum bi-akbaril-kabaa'ir? Al-ishraaku billaah, wa 'uqooqul-waalidayn, wa shahaadatuz-zoor
Shall I not tell you of the greatest of major sins? Associating partners with Allah, disobeying parents, and giving false testimony.
Kya main tumhe sab se bade gunaahon ke baare mein na bataaon? Allah ke saath shirk, maa baap ki nafarmaani, aur jhoothi gawahi.
کیا میں تمہیں سب سے بڑے گناہوں کے بارے میں نہ بتاؤں؟ اللہ کے ساتھ شرک، ماں باپ کی نافرمانی، اور جھوٹی گواہی۔
بِرُّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ وَالصِّيَامِ وَالصَّدَقَةِ وَالْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ
Birrul-waalidayni afdalu minas-salaati was-siyaami was-sadaqati wal-hajji wal-'umrah
Honouring parents is better than prayer, fasting, charity, Hajj, and Umrah.
Walidain ki khidmat namaz, roza, sadqa, hajj aur umrah se behtar hai.
جو شخص اللہ کی راہ میں ایک قدم چلے، اللہ اس کے لیے دس نیکیاں لکھتا ہے۔
لَيْسَ الْوَاصِلُ بِالْمُكَافِئِ، وَلَكِنِ الْوَاصِلُ الَّذِي إِذَا قُطِعَتْ رَحِمُهُ وَصَلَهَا
Laysal-waasilu bil-mukaafi', wa laakinil-waasilu alladhee idhaa quti'at rahimahu wasalahaa
The one who maintains family ties is not the one who reciprocates, but the one who, when his ties are cut, reconnects them.
Silah rahmi karne wala woh nahin jo badla deta hai, balke woh hai jo rishta todne ke baad bhi jodta hai.
جو شخص کسی مسلمان کو معاف کرے، اللہ اسے معاف کرتا ہے۔
رَغِمَ أَنْفُهُ، ثُمَّ رَغِمَ أَنْفُهُ، ثُمَّ رَغِمَ أَنْفُهُ. قِيلَ: مَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: مَنْ أَدْرَكَ وَالِدَيْهِ عِنْدَ الْكِبَرِ أَحَدَهُمَا أَوْ كِلَيْهِمَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ
Raghima anfuhu, thumma raghima anfuhu, thumma raghima anfuh. Qeela: Man yaa Rasoolallaah? Qaala: Man adraka waalidayhi 'indal-kibari ahadahumaa aw kilaahumaa thumma lam yadkhulil-jannah
May he be disgraced! May he be disgraced! May he be disgraced! It was said: Who, O Messenger of Allah? He said: Whoever reaches his parents in old age — one or both of them — and then does not enter Paradise.
Woh ruswaa ho! Woh ruswaa ho! Woh ruswaa ho! Kaha gaya: Kaun, ya Rasoolallah? Farmaya: Jo apne walidain ko budhape mein paaye — ek ya dono ko — aur phir Jannat mein na jaaye.
جو شخص کسی مسلمان کو تکلیف دے، اس نے مجھے تکلیف دی۔
لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا وَيُوَقِّرْ كَبِيرَنَا
Laysa minnaa man lam yarham sagheeranaa wa yuwaqqir kabeeranaa
He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young ones and respect to our elders.
Woh hamara nahin jo hamare chhoton par rehm na kare aur hamare badon ki izzat na kare.
جو شخص کسی مسلمان کی مدد کرے، اللہ اس کی مدد کرتا ہے۔

جو شخص کسی مسلمان کی تکلیف دور کرے، اللہ اس کی تکلیف دور کرتا ہے۔
رِضَا الرَّبِّ فِي رِضَا الْوَالِدِ، وَسَخَطُ الرَّبِّ فِي سَخَطِ الْوَالِدِ
Ridaar-rabbi fee ridaal-waalid, wa sakhattur-rabbi fee sakhatil-waalid
The pleasure of the Lord is in the pleasure of the father, and the displeasure of the Lord is in the displeasure of the father.
Rabb ki khushi baap ki khushi mein hai, aur Rabb ki naraazgi baap ki naraazgi mein hai.
جو شخص کسی مسلمان کے لیے دعا کرے، اللہ اسے بھی وہی دیتا ہے۔
